GROUP CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Total Body Circuit
This strength based class targets total body fitness with a variety of moves and equipment while incorporating some cardio conditioning.

Kickboxing
A high paced, high intensity class using punch, kick, calisthenic, and cardio combinations. Standing bags & gloves used.

Fit For Life

Using functional movements, base strength development, balance/coordination work, and flexibility this class focuses on quality of life. Focus is shifted from weight loss to better daily function. Great for all ages!
FFL Yoga is beginner level focusing on breath, balance, and unwinding. This class is held in low light.

Family Stretch, Mobility, & Meditation
This family oriented class will take you through muscle relieving flows, joint opening movements, and end with a focus on breathing and mindfulness as we undo the weekend and prep for the week ahead.

HIIT
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) alternates short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. HIIT workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition as well as improved metabolism.

Tabata with Tami 
This cardio-based strength training class is sure to get your heart and muscles pumping! Bodyweight, free weights, and a variety of other equipment are mixed into each class resulting in a total body workout. Fast-paced sets using a timer keep you moving for a great conditioning workout. 

Total Body Strength
Total Body Strength incorporates barbells, free-weights, and more to focus on building muscle and power. Participants will learn the standards of strength training PLUS have some fun with combination moves, agility, balance, and more!
