GROUP CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
This 4-week session will use suspension trainers, resistance bands, and yoga blocks to fine tune strength and balance.
Max 5 participants. Must pre-register by emailing. $30 for 4 – 1 Hour classes.
Total Body Circuit
This strength based class targets total body fitness with a variety of moves and equipment while incorporating some cardio conditioning.
A high paced, high intensity class using punch, kick, calisthenic, and cardio combinations. Standing bags & gloves used.
Fit For Life
Using functional movements, base strength development, balance/coordination work, and flexibility this class focuses on quality of life. Focus is shifted from weight loss to better daily function. Great for all ages!
Our morning yoga class is designed to wake you up, increase blood flow, and both stretch and strengthen your body. Poses and flows range from beginner to intermediate.
FFL Yoga is beginner level focusing on breath, balance, and unwinding.
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) alternates short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. HIIT workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition as well as improved metabolism.
Tabata with Tami
This cardio-based strength training class is sure to get your heart and muscles pumping! Bodyweight, free weights, and a variety of other equipment are mixed into each class resulting in a total body workout. Fast-paced sets using a timer keep you moving for a great conditioning workout.
Focuses on learning proper form and creating a balanced physique.
Using barbells to challenge participant's loaded exercise abilities.
Limitless Strength will challenge you to test your strength. This class is all about pushing yourself and feeling the burn.
Light Strength & Stretch
This low impact class uses body weight, light weights, and resistance bands and focuses on a slower pace for muscle control and endurance. Each class includes a post-workout flow to release muscles and tension.
