TUESDAY & FRIDAY: Kickboxing & Ab Blast. Punch, kick, move, and sweat your way through this empowering workout!
WEDNESDAY: Pure Strength. On Wednesdays we lift heavy sh*t! (please lift at your comfort level ;)

MONDAY - THURSDAY: Tabata w/Tami. Join Tami for a tabata class like no other! Lots of variety to keep you moving and your body guessing! Suitable for all levels!
FRIDAY: Tabata Kickboxing w/Tami. Mix up your routine with this easy to follow kickboxing class.
Fit For Life. Focusing on functional fitness, this class improves strength, mobility, and balance in a fun social environment.
