During these questionable times, BOM Fitness & Wellness Coaching will be restricting access to protect ALL of our members.
We are anxious to help our members meet their fitness needs, but also know that means protecting their wellness in all capacities.
At this time, we continue to limit capacity & hours.

By submitting this form, I am saying I understand and agree to these restrictions & conditions. *

Persons of high risk have been provided private times for facility use, however, are welcome to use the facility at any time. Persons whose household has had a virus, bacterial infection, or similar communicable illness in the last 2 weeks should abstain from using the facility. Persons with underlying health issues that may put them at higher risk understand that choosing to use the facility means assuming the liability of illness risk. No persons who have been or possibly have been exposed to COVID in the last 4 weeks.
