Fall news, reminders, and special offers!

  • Morning classes are available Monday-Friday at 5:00AM and Monday/Wednesday at 6:00AM.
  • We are looking for daytime and evening group instructors! Email if interested!
  • Ways to pay: A reminder there are many ways to keep your gym membership current:
    • Autopay
    • Venmo
    • Square via our website
    • Cash or check in the Dropbox
  • Weather changing brings a reminder for clean shoes, please! 
  • My schedule:
    • The COVID shutdowns & changing lifestyles impacted a lot, including me going back to work full-time outside of BOM. Unfortunately, work pulls me away from 7AM - 6PM Monday-Friday. As a single person with an active teen and a household to manage, I am doing my best to balance it all. I’m sure many of you understand!
    • That being said, please remember I rely on active communication from my members to keep things running. If you see something needing attention, please reach out. Don’t assume someone else has, as they usually have not.
    • Please also do your best to put equipment back after your workouts. Keeping the gym tidy is a safety issue and everyone’s responsibility.
  • Coffee cups: Silly request here, but the insulated coffee cups are much more expensive than “swig & toss” water cups. Please reserve them for coffee. The goal of the water fountain is to reduce waste in the gym. You are encouraged to bring reusable water bottles.
  • Unapproved Guests:
    • I know we have some members bringing guests in without submitting the guest pass and/or paying. Without being there 24/7 or stalking cameras, there’s not really much I can do about this.
    • Gym use is an honor system. I can only remind members that unauthorized access is not only theft, it puts my business at risk from both a liability and financial standpoint.
  • Guest Pass Fees:
    • Guest pass fees will be returning to $5/visit effective December 1.
    • These fees cover liability insurance & increased maintenance.
    • A reminder that extended passes can be granted to visiting friends and family for special pricing.
  • Key Collection Contest!
    • Refer to the attachments regarding your chance to win up to 1-year FREE membership!
    • Key list posted in the gym and via email.

Summer news

​Hello, hello!
It's been sometime since I've sent out an email. I do highly encourage you all to follow our social media (Instagram or Facebook) for notices, events, etc.

First off, welcome to our new members! I hope you'll find our gym & gym family to be a great addition to your wellness goals!

We have some new things happening with water!
In the bad news category: flooding issues.  For the first time in over 7 years, we have water coming in near the bathroom. The landlord has been informed and is troubleshooting. Given the absurd weather conditions and heavy rains, I am hoping this continues to be a rare occurrence for us.
In the GOOD NEWS category: our water fountain has been installed! The Culligan system will be getting picked up. No more waiting for deliveries or giant jugs to carry! (Even though they worked well for farmer carries.)

Don't forget that group classes continue throughout the summer! Join Kylie at 4:45am or Tami at 6:00am for great workouts and great company! Details can be found on our website. (link below)

Over the last several weeks we held a Step Into Summer event, challenging members to track the MOST steps to win a prize! Overall, participants tracked just under 4 MILLION steps!! Wowza!
Our top 3 participants really know how to keep moving! Congratulations to Shevaughn Moore, Jessie Alt, and Janet Harris for walking your way to warmer weather! These ladies have won themselves a prize pack to help their bodies stay active and to keep on racking up those steps including healthy goodies, pampering, and more!

Building changes:
If you have not already noticed, I moved my office to the top of the stairs. I will be looking into do some space changes/remodeling this summer to make new use of the old space.
